- All refused and/or unclaimed shipments are subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to all freight costs.

Terms of Payment:
- Terms are C.O.D. cash or certified check. Acceptance of company check or net 30 terms require prior approval.
- Accounts will be charged $25 for checks returned for any reason.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted. Please inquire with customer service.
Return Policies:
- Any and all claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Returns will not be accepted without prior written approval.
- All returns must be reference by an invoice.
- Garments must be inspected before printing. This includes drop shipment to second parties.
- No returns will be accepted on printed, embroidered or washed merchandise.
- Please put tape on top of any flaw on damaged merchandise for our inspection.
- Returns that have been approved may be subject to 20% restock and freight fee.
